I offer Counselling, Mentoring and Workshops for individuals, Couples and Groups.
Below are some of the approaches I practice:

I admire and embrace the innate ability we all have to heal and grow whatever our circumstances. I believe therapy can help us become more fully alive and creative, free from barriers that hinder our potential. By exploring and integrating parts of ourselves that can sometimes disproportionately influence our lives, we can become more aware. Aware of how we protect these parts of ourselves – with thinking and behaviour that may have been essential for our survival at one time, but now hold us back from enriching and rewarding lives.
When I began therapy myself some years ago, I tried so hard to change, going to great extents to find what I wanted and turn into something different – I exhausted myself in the process. What I found with great humility is that change is about sitting with what is true for me in the present moment and accepting this fully. Remarkably, this has been a key to unlocking the potential for change itself – this was paradoxical yet very powerful.
My therapy work and life are grounded in these four values/beliefs:
By tapping into these wisdoms, we are able to understand what fuels our living in an ever-changing and hectic world. My aim is to accompany you, so that you can begin to remember and explore what is most true and life giving for you and learn how to integrate these insights into your daily life.
Are you feeling constantly tired and irritable? Are you struggling with concentration and do simple things overwhelm you? Are you feeling a sense of panic or just unmotivated?
Your life is undergoing a seismic shift and nothing is the same anymore. You may want to get some extra support for this time in your life to help:
- Prioritise/organise time and space just for you
- Connect and bond with your new baby/ies
- Understand changing family relationships
Therapy, even for a short time, can be helpful in negotiating these unchartered waters of impending and early motherhood.
